• One 14 oz container of Eat Pastry's original chocolate chip or gluten-free chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup Dandie's mini vanilla marshmallows
  • 6-8 Kinnikinnick S'moreables graham style crackers


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with either aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray for easy cleanup later
  3. Crush your graham crackers into small pieces
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the graham crackers, cookie dough, and marshmallows. Mix until well combined.
  5. Scoop 2 tbsp of mixture, roll into a ball, and place on your baking sheet. Repeat with the remainder of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes*
  7. Enjoy by yourself or consider sharing**

Recipe Notes

*This is the cook time for the original chocolate chip. Watch carefully if you are using the gluten-free version so that you do not burn your cookies. The cookies will still look underdone and the marshmallows will have expanded, but they will shrink and harden as they cool. **sharing optional
