PEACH COMPOTE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently to make sure nothing burns.
  2. Once the compote reaches a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10-12 minutes, until the compote has thickened and the peaches are heated through. Serve warm.
