Joy to the world, it’s cookie season!

Tis the season for gingerbreads, peppermint, and eggnog.

No wonder people are so jolly!

As a little early Christmas present to you, since I can’t bake for all of you, I decided to share some recipes I’ve gathered that I’ll be using this season to bake for my family and friends. (All vegan unless a substitution is noted)

    I must admit that I’ve already made four batches of this recipe. The first didn’t survive long and the other three are in the freezer waiting for me to devour share them.

    This recipe is the only included recipe that isn’t vegan, but you can easily make it vegan with just two substitutions. Use vegan butter instead of dairy butter and use either maple syrup or agave instead of the called for honey. Easy.
