Everything Bagel Cream Cheese

Inspired by delicious everything bagels, this vegan cream cheese is high in protein and flavor. Use it to top bagels, crackers, pita, or even pizza!

  • 1/4 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 8 oz tofu (half block) pressed and drained
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp coarse sea salt *
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast


  1. Soak cashews and press tofu if you have not already

  2. Add ingredients from cashews to sea salt to a food processor or high powered blender and blend until smooth

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

Recipe Notes

*You can substitute 1.5 tbsp Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel seasoning for items poppy seeds through sea salt if you have that on hand
